The other day whilst folding the washing, I decided to test Scout’s colours…

Mum (holding up red pants): What colour’s this?
Scout: RED!
Mum (holding up pink shirt): What colour’s this?
Scout: PIKH!
Mum (holding up orange singlet): What colour’s this?
Scout: ORANGE!
Mum (holding up black and yellow Richmond beanie that had seen happier times): What colour’s this?
Scout (looking solemn): Tiger
