Just when you thought this was going to turn into a “Kinki Up the Duff blog”, think again. More like a “101 Reasons not to buy a House, when you don’t know what the fuck you’re doing” blog. More on that later.

1. Hope you list the reasons why you shouldnt buy a house. I will pass them on to my son. As I am trying to tell him, just because yesterday she was your live in girlfriend and today she is your live in wife, the only thing changed is her legal status. Gees, she didnt even take his last name, prefering to keep her last name!! Fortunately his wife is spartan and thrifty(cheap) and prefers to put her money in the bank instead of stuffu and a house is not on her list of posessions.
