5. Thanks guys! We got a 60 day settlement so now have 60 days to save enough to avoid having to pay the infernal “mortgage insurance” (like the banking industry’s version of japanese key money) so early June! Just in time to crank out ye ol’ open fire place for winter! Woo hoo!

10. Ah, the hint! Yes, is in semi-desirable suburb, not top-tier (yet) but a pocket that hasn’t quite been discovered so hoping for growth! And not in the boonies, so handy to city etc. 2 bedrooms, 2 living areas, lovely garden, polished floor boards. Very very nice.
